In the Style of - Backstreet Boys (Berklee College of Music)

My band Glasshouse was selected to make a cover of Backstreet Boys’ song “I Want It That Way” in the style of a Mac Miller song for their online show “In the Style Of.” I resampled the song in various ways, chopping up the original drums, vocals, and melodies to make an entirely new version of the track. I composed, arranged, produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered the track, and Berklee’s media team made small adjustments for the version featured in the final video.
